Please consider that confirmation can only be provided on short notice, depending on plans of departing/arriving guests.
If there the apartment is unavailable, we will do our best to collect your luggage before check-in time.

We are normally happy to accommodate early late check-out requests, provided the apartment is free.

Self check-in devices and procedures have been setup for your convenience and safety.
A personal code will be sent on the day of your arrival to open the apartment: feel free to arrive anytime (after check-in time) without any notice.
Please note the access code is personal and will be automatically disabled on the day of your departure, at the check-out time: Keep it secret!
We are always available to assist you during the check-in process, both via telephone and in person, if required.
From Milano Centrale station:
Autobus: Take bus 91 and get off at "Viale Certosa, Viale Monte Ceneri", then walk for about 3 minutes
Total time: approx 30 minutes
Taxi: a ride will be approx 15 minutes and 20 euro
From Cadorna station:
Tramway: Take tram 1 to Roserio and get off at "Piazza Firenze", then walk for about 3 minutes
Total time: approx 30 minutes

From Garibaldi station:
Metro: Take line M5 and get off at Domodossola FN (4 stops , 5 minutes)
Then take any of:
Tram 1 to Roserio and get off at "Piazza Firenze" (3 stops, 5 minutes), or
Autobus 57 to Q.to Oggiaro and get off at "Piazza Firenze" (3 stops, 5 minutes), or
Autobus 43 to Piazza Firenze (3 stops, 5 minutes).
And walk 3 minutes

Traffic restrictions: Area B
Milano Hub is located inside Area B, which can be accessed without any restrictions if your vehicle is at least:
Euro 3 petrol, or
Euro 6 light diesel ABC purchased after 31/12/2018
Otherwise, access restrictions apply from Monday to Friday from 7:30 to 19:30 (excluding holidays).

Traffic restrictions: Area C
Area C includes the city center: charges apply for access from Monday to Friday from 7:30 to 19:30 (excluding holidays).
Exemptions exist for electric vehicles and a few other categories.

If you have entered Area C inadvertently, you can pay online within 24 hours on the dedicated website.
Parking around the apartment
You can park in the blue designated areas, charges apply from 8am to 7pm, Monday to Saturday, payment can be made at the meters (cash, cards) or with your smartphone (download EasyPark, area code 2311).
Yellow designated areas are reserved to residents and other permit holders (high risk: fines are issued frequently).

Piazza Portello mall is also 10 min on foot. You will find there Iper - La Grande I, a huge supermarket, and more than 40 shops and restaurants (including Zara, H&M, Decathlon). Check the website here.
Local stores selling fruit, vegetables and world food are scattered all around in the neighborood, for the closest options walk to Viale Certosa 27.
